Civil works division
From idea to realisation, we have been offering custom-tailored civil work project implementation services since 2012. Our civil engineers, architects and designers have teamed up, first in order to supplement the telco division and later, to complete separate complex turnkey civil engineering projects from concept to implementation tailored to customers’ requirements. Typically, we act as general contractors, hence, we are able to tailor buildings according to investors’ needs and expectations from the design stage to turnkey solution delivery.
In 2016 our own designers’ team was brought to life in order to facilitate civil engineering and to gain high involvement in the concept development of projects. All our construction projects are led by our well-prepared, high-skilled and experienced project managers who keep pace with competition in a highly professional manner. Our teams continuously provide site and project supervision to maintain smooth workflow and to guarantee work quality while staying attuned to customers’ demands and satisfying their needs.
Apart from on-site management, work is also supported by our back office in order to manage continuous site material supply, to coordinate appropriate resources in a timely manner, and to duly represent our company in consultations with customers.

Design
Preparing concept designs prior to general contracting (public entities, domestic-, industrial- or agricultural buildings).
Industrial building constructions
Traditional and lightweight industrial buildings and plants with connected offices and related utilities, spatial planning and organisation, roads and other infrastructure.
Railway station and railway building reconstructions and renovations
Existing and completely new railway buildings, stations and other buildings considering the maintenance of undisturbed rail travel and the protection of historic buildings while modernising.
Reconstruction works of existing public institutions
Typically energy efficiency development works of public buildings which fall under historic building protection.
Operation and maintenance of existing buildings
E.g. computer room technology connected infrastructure in the GSM-R telecommunication centre of Horog street.
Agricultural building constructions
Modern, traditional or lightweight buildings with utilities, roads and other related infrastructure.
